Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "8game" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 8game.bio and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "We," "Us," or "Operator" refers to the company operating the 8game platform under applicable PAGCOR licensing authority.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature or service provided by 8game.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the 8game registration process, through which the Player accesses Platform services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's 8game account wallet for use in wagering activities.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback credits, or any non-deposit funds granted to a Player by 8game subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative wagering amount (expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus Funds amount) that must be completed before Bonus Funds become eligible for conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "Verification" refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by 8game to confirm that a Player meets eligibility requirements under applicable laws and these Terms.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine-licensed electronic payment services integrated with 8game for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national gaming regulatory authority of the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the 8game platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or transaction through 8game.bio or any associated mobile interface, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with:

• The 8game Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy;
• The 8game Responsible Gaming Policy, available at /responsible-gaming;
• Any game-specific rules published within the relevant game lobby; and
• Any bonus or promotional terms published in connection with an active promotion at the time of your participation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8game platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 8game platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an 8game account. This minimum age requirement is established by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an 8game employee or associated service provider whose role involves direct exposure to operational systems, odds, or game outcomes.
• You are not a self-excluded person under any voluntary or compulsory exclusion arrangement with 8game or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator during an active exclusion period.
• You have not previously had an 8game account closed or suspended due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8game reserves the right to request identity verification at any point without prior notice and to suspend access pending satisfactory verification. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 8game, you must register an account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, creating a password, and completing the OTP verification process. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of the account.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 8game account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8game employs technical and procedural measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8game reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers and bonuses, and retain any balances pending a compliance review.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 8game immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. 8game is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.4 Account Transfers

8game accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit the use of your 8game account by any other person. Any transfer of account access, including sharing of login credentials, is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.1 Deposits

Players may fund their 8game accounts using the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of the deposit transaction. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash-in, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the deposit interface. 8game does not accept payments from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account has passed all required identity and age verification checks.
• The withdrawal amount does not include Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• No pending compliance review, chargeback investigation, or suspected fraudulent activity is associated with the account.
• The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, preferably the same method used for the originating deposit.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. 8game does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though payment service providers may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8game platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply where a Player's payment method operates in a different base currency.

8game offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier benefits. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the gross value of the Bonus Funds credited unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates per game type are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• 8game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice and to modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Players who are self-excluded or who have active deposit limits below the minimum deposit threshold required to qualify for a promotion are not eligible for that promotion.

All games available on the 8game platform are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to gameplay outcomes.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All software-based games on 8game use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by prior results, bet size, Player identity, or any other extraneous factor. RNG certification is maintained by accredited testing laboratories.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games streamed through 8game Casino utilize physical casino equipment — real card shoes, roulette wheels, and dice — operated by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer formats are determined by physical rather than software-generated results. All live game studios are certified and audited by internationally recognized testing agencies.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server disconnections, software errors, or network interruptions — 8game will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the interrupted session using available game logs. Where no reliable determination can be made, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's balance. Malfunction voids all bets and pays in affected rounds, as is standard practice in licensed gaming operations.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

Single-game and single-session maximum win limits may apply on certain game types, as published in the relevant game interface. 8game reserves the right to limit individual winnings where there is reasonable evidence of a system error, RNG failure, or pricing error that produced an anomalous outcome not reflective of the game's intended odds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8game platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using software, bots, automation scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit the Platform's systems;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including unauthorized use of third-party payment methods or chargebacks filed in bad faith;
• Colluding with other Players or with 8game staff to obtain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your country of residence;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any 8game software or game;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct toward 8game staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8game reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and pursue recovery of fraudulently obtained funds through all available legal mechanisms.

8game is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools to all registered Players, accessible through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period as required under responsible gaming standards.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that prompt a review of gaming activity after a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per session or per calendar period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from 8game may initiate a voluntary self-exclusion of between 30 days and five (5) years. During an active self-exclusion, no new wagers may be placed and no new bonuses will be issued. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

All content on the 8game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the property of 8game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8game platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8game content;
• Create derivative works based on 8game content;
• Use 8game trademarks or branding without express written permission;
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any use of 8game intellectual property beyond the scope of the limited licence granted herein requires prior written approval from 8game.

The 8game platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8game makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game results, the Platform does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, delay, or error at all times;
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe;
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8game's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

8game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• 8game has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• The Player has failed to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within the stipulated period;
• A self-exclusion request has been actioned;
• 8game is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• The Player requests voluntary account closure through 8game support channels.

Upon account closure by either party, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable amounts arising from bonus abuse recovery, fraud investigations, or regulatory holds) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

8game collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, transaction processing, identity verification, customer support, and regulatory compliance. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the 8game Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an 8game account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 8game complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and applicable data protection obligations under PAGCOR's licensing framework.

8game will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and licensed game providers where necessary for the provision of Platform services or compliance with legal obligations.

8game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is proposed, 8game will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the registered mobile number or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of the 8game platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at /terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version was published.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 8game platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement or through the PAGCOR regulatory complaint process.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Prior to initiating any formal complaint or legal proceeding, Players are encouraged to contact 8game support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. 8game will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

15.2 Regulatory Complaints

Players who are not satisfied with 8game's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint channels. 8game will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8game with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
